Melina brings together a unique blend of scientific insight and holistic expertise to help clients achieve optimal health and recovery. She is PEMF Certified, a Certified Compression Stocking Fitter specializing in the treatment of venous insufficiency and circulatory disorders, and a Certified Body Sculpting Expert with advanced training in lymphatic drainage and contouring techniques.
Currently completing her Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, Melina specializes in Human Biology and Neuroscience, where her academic background fuels her passion for evidence-based biohacking. She is dedicated to merging scientific research with CryoStrong’s state-of-the-art wellness modalities—helping clients understand how and why each therapy works at the physiological level.
At CryoStrong Toronto, Melina administers a range of therapeutic modalities and also serves as a Physiotherapist Assistant, supporting personalized recovery and rehabilitation programs. Her goal is to empower clients to discover their body’s full potential through science-backed, natural, and innovative approaches to health.
Melina is also deeply passionate about all things fitness, particularly weight training for disease prevention and overall well-being. Her background in human biology and neuroscience informs her approach to exercise, ensuring that her clients not only get stronger but also reduce their risk of illness and improve their long-term health. She has experience working in personal training and providing nutrition support, ensuring that every aspect of her clients' fitness journeys is supported.
Outside the clinic, Melina enjoys reading, drawing, and exploring fascinating scientific articles—always curious to learn more about the latest advancements in neuroscience, wellness, and human performance.
