By accessing or using the CryoStrong Toronto website and/or booking any of our services, including but not limited to Whole Body Cryotherapy, PEMF Therapy, Red & Infrared Light Therapy, Compression (Lymphatic Drainage) Therapy, EMS Body Sculpting, and Vibration Therapy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or rules posted on our website.

All services offered by CryoStrong Toronto are intended for personal wellness and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Individuals with specific health concerns should consult with a physician prior to using any of our therapies.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, by phone, or in person. Arriving late may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, prepaid packages, or missed appointments. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are non-refundable.

In cases of emergency or medical concern, at our discretion, we may allow rescheduling or crediting unused sessions for future use. This must be requested and approved in writing.

Any packages, memberships, or promotional rates must be used within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions may expire and are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing by CryoStrong Toronto.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions before using any of our services. CryoStrong Toronto is not liable for any injury, reaction, or condition that occurs due to undisclosed medical history or non-compliance with treatment guidelines.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe for the client based on disclosed or observed health risks.

CryoStrong Toronto and its employees, owners, contractors, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services or website.

You acknowledge that by using our therapies, you do so at your own risk and that individual results may vary. We make no medical claims or guarantees of outcome.
