Services may include, but are not limited to:

All services are provided for wellness and supportive purposes only, and individual responses and experiences may vary.

Clients are solely responsible for disclosing complete and accurate health information prior to participating in any services.

Individuals with medical conditions or concerns — including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, circulatory disorders, neurological conditions, implanted medical devices, pregnancy, heat or light sensitivity, or any other health considerations — must consult a healthcare provider prior to use.

CryoStrong Toronto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Refuse service
   
• Modify services
   
• Require medical clearance
   
• Discontinue a session
   

if participation is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

CryoStrong Toronto makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results, including but not limited to:

• Weight loss
   
• Fat loss
   
• Inch loss
   
• Pain reduction
   
• Disease improvement
   
• Medical or therapeutic outcomes
   

Any references to benefits, experiences, or client testimonials reflect individual experiences only and do not represent guaranteed or typical results.

Consumer fitness trackers, smart watches, and wearable devices estimate data such as calories or activity based on movement and heart rate only. These devices do not measure infrared exposure, vacuum-assisted stimulation, thermal effects, or post-session physiological responses.

CryoStrong Toronto is not responsible for discrepancies between wearable data and client experiences.

All appointments must be booked in advance.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to accommodate scheduled clients.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in:

• A cancellation fee
   
• Forfeiture of the session
   

No-shows are subject to full session forfeiture.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

All sales are final.
CryoStrong Toronto does not offer refunds for:

• Completed services
   
• Missed appointments
   
• Prepaid sessions
   
• Packages or memberships
   

At CryoStrong Toronto’s sole discretion, unused sessions may be rescheduled or credited in cases of verified medical or emergency circumstances. Any exceptions must be approved in writing.

Packages, memberships, and promotional offers:

• Are non-transferable unless stated otherwise in writing
   
• May expire if not used within the specified timeframe
   
• Are subject to individual terms outlined at the time of purchase
   

Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

By participating in CryoStrong Toronto services, you acknowledge that all wellness and physical activities involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all responsibility and risk associated with participation.

CryoStrong Toronto is not liable for injuries, reactions, or adverse experiences resulting from:

• Undisclosed medical conditions
   
• Failure to follow instructions or guidelines
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryoStrong Toronto, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
