Meet Anastasia — Co-Founder of CryoStrong Toronto
Anastasia is the heart and driving force behind CryoStrong Toronto, bringing over 20 years of expertise in therapeutic wellness, compression therapy, and orthopedic fitting. With a Degree in Advertising and Design and a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage, she blends creativity, compassion, and clinical knowledge to empower others to take control of their health.
As a Certified Compression Specialist and Orthopedic Shoe Fitter, Anastasia has spent decades helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Her journey toward natural healing was deeply personal — inspired by her own battles with IBD, Lupus, and other autoimmune conditions. Together with her husband, she transformed those challenges into a mission: to pave a path toward optimal health through natural, science-backed recovery modalities.
A proud woman, mother, and entrepreneur, Anastasia understands that every day brings new challenges — and new opportunities to grow. She believes that maintaining physical and mental resilience is the foundation for handling life’s many roles.
At CryoStrong Toronto, Anastasia does it all — from building a dynamic team and managing social media and promotional design to coordinating trade shows, partnerships, and client experiences.
